I provide personalized, one-on-one consultations to truly understand your needs, financial situation, and lifestyle preferences, and to address any concerns or questions you may have. I understand that leaving the home you raised your children in or making a move from one community to another can feel like a very difficult step to take. In my extensive experience, 99% of new residents and their families are glad that they did. They are happier once they have the peace of mind, new friends, and a whole community there to support them.

I conduct  thorough and ongoing assessments of senior living communities to ensure they meet the highest standards of care, amenities, and services for my clients.

Senior living is a high turnover industry. Communities have changes in management teams and key leadership roles that affect the quality of care provided. It is important that you have someone on your side who is aware of the current status of the building, company, and team. You benefit from my expert guidance as I read between the lines and ask the hard questions looking deeper than the pretty exterior and amenities highlighted on every tour.  

Expert Representation on Community Tours

Once we have narrowed the communities to the ones that fit your criteria, I will schedule tours and attend them with you to help guide the conversation, point out areas of interest, and ensure that all of the important questions and topics are covered. As your representative, I can be involved as much or as little as you need me to be. 

I can offer guidance and referrals to vetted movers, down-sizers, etc. during the transition to a senior living community, helping you navigate and minimize the logistics and emotional aspects of the move.
